Move the pin, set the stage, add a checkpoint. Tick notify and the customer gets an email the moment you save.

Drag the pin, or click anywhere on the map. To place it exactly, right-click a spot in Google Maps, click the coordinates it shows to copy them, then use Paste coordinates.

Start and destination Set these before generating a route. The meet-up point is where your customer is.

Click Add stop, then click the spot on the map and give it a name. Add them in travel order.

Click a stop's Set as current to move the pet there. Reaching a new stop emails the customer.

Email the customer about this update Stage changes always send an email. Tick this to also notify on a status, position or checkpoint change.

Saves to the sheet immediately. The customer's tracking page reflects it within about five minutes.
