We quote every route individually because a calculator would either overcharge you or lowball you and then ring back. Below is where prices start and what actually moves them.
Ground Nanny

What Moves the Number
Six things that change your quote
- DistanceThe largest single factor. Beyond about 1,500 miles a flight is usually both kinder and cheaper than two days of driving.
- Animal sizeA 90 lb adult dog needs a bigger crate and more space than a 10 lb puppy, which changes what else fits in the vehicle.
- Number of animalsMore animals on one route means a lower cost each. This is why litter transport is priced per trip.
- TimingFlexible dates are cheaper, because we can attach your animal to a route we are already running. Exact-date bookings cost more.
- Overnight stopsRoutes over roughly 900 miles usually need one. It is quoted up front, never added afterwards.
- SeasonSummer heat and holiday weeks both reduce availability. Booking three weeks out avoids most of it.

The only extras, ever
Veterinary costs incurred en route, billed at cost with the receipt attached. Government and airline fees, shown before you commit. That is the complete list.
Payment
How and when you pay
Deposit on booking
25% of the quote holds your date and assigns a handler. Refundable in full up to seven days before collection, less a small admin fee.
Balance before collection
Due the day before we set off. Card, bank transfer or Zelle. You get the invoice and the insurance certificate together.
Nothing on delivery
No cash on the doorstep, no surprise fees at handover. If something changed the price, you heard about it while it was still a choice.
