Step by Step
The process
Typically two to three weeks from first message to delivery on a domestic route. Nothing is charged until step two.
Tell us the route
Origin, destination, breed, age and rough dates. Two minutes on the quote form or a WhatsApp message. We reply with a firm price, not a range.
We confirm and book
Once you accept the quote we lock the date, assign a handler and send you a booking confirmation with your tracking code by email.
Paperwork check
We tell the origin exactly which documents we need and by when. Interstate travel needs a health certificate from a vet in the origin state, usually issued within ten days of travel.
Collection day
Your handler arrives in the agreed window, checks the animal and the paperwork, photographs the handover and sets off. Your tracking page goes live the moment they do.
On the road
Status, photos and checkpoints update as the journey progresses. Message the handler any time — you are not a nuisance, and we would rather answer.
Handover
We confirm your identity, hand over the animal and all documents, and give you a few minutes to settle before we leave. We call the next day to check in.
What we need from you, in total
Collection and delivery addresses, a contact at each end, the animal's age, breed and weight, and the health certificate arranged with the origin vet. That is the whole list. Everything else is ours.
